Practical learning should be accessible
The Academy aims to provide a clear, usable experience across common devices, browsers and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We work toward clear headings, logical reading order, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, meaningful link text, sufficient contrast, responsive layouts, form labels, status announcements and text alternatives for meaningful images.
Known limits
Some older downloadable resources, complex source documents or third-party services may not yet meet every accessibility need. We review barriers as they are identified and prioritise fixes according to impact and practicality.
Request support or an alternative
Use the contact form, choose “Accessibility support” and tell us the page, resource, device or assistive technology involved and the format or adjustment that would help. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to understand the request.
Response
We aim to acknowledge an accessibility request within five business days and provide a practical response, alternative or expected timeframe as soon as reasonably possible.
