Request account deletion

Use this form even if you no longer have the Pocket icon on your phone. Enter the email address used for your Academy membership.

We will verify the account, remove information that no longer needs to be retained, and explain the outcome to you. Some accounting, security or legal records may need to be kept for a documented purpose. Certificate records will be removed. A request does not delete your account immediately.

Silvestro oversees completion within 7 calendar days of the first request, followed by a confirmation email. Identity verification is required; a typed email alone does not authorise deletion. Verification delays and duplicate requests do not restart the deadline. Download any certificates you want to keep before submitting. Online certificate verification ends after deletion.

You can delete individual site visits and photos in Pocket and discard offline drafts on the device where they were saved. An offline draft cannot be removed from your phone by a server request.
