Use the Academy fairly and professionally
These rules protect members, assessment integrity, Academy systems and the work invested in the learning material.
Permitted use
You may access content available to your membership for your own learning, complete activities honestly, keep your own certificates and use downloadable tools in your own professional work where the resource does not state a different licence.
Account integrity
Use only your own account, keep credentials confidential, provide accurate identity information for certificates and notify the Academy promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share, sell, transfer or automate access to an account.
Content and assessment integrity
Do not copy substantial content, publish assessment questions or answers, remove attribution, resell resources, falsely claim authorship, alter a certificate, impersonate another learner, or use automation or another person to misrepresent assessment completion.
System safety
Do not scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, defeat access controls, test vulnerabilities without written authority, introduce malicious code, overload the service, interfere with another member or use Academy content or data to train another AI system.
Lawful and respectful use
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing or deceptive material. Do not upload confidential employer, client, strata-scheme or personal information unless you have authority and it is genuinely required by the form.
Response to misuse
The Academy may investigate, preserve relevant records, remove material, restrict functions or suspend an account where reasonably necessary. Serious or repeated misuse may result in closure, certificate revocation, referral to a service provider or authority, or legal action. Where appropriate, the member will be told the concern and given an opportunity to respond.
