Learning Hub terms

These terms apply to the STRATA IQ Academy Learning Hub operated by Silvestro Musumeci trading as STRATA IQ Academy (ABN 38 721 081 538).

Educational purpose

The Academy develops practical workplace judgement and professional capability. Content is general NSW strata education informed by practical industry experience. It is not legal, engineering, accounting, insurance or financial advice for a specific scheme or person. Before acting, check current law, the registered scheme documents, delegations, resolutions, contracts and appropriate professional advice.

Legal-source control and currency

Law-sensitive courses are assigned review records and official sources. Laws, guidance and practice can change between reviews. The source register supports traceability but does not guarantee that a statement remains current after its stated review date.

Membership and account security

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and use only your own account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably required to protect members, Academy systems, intellectual property or lawful operation.

Assessments and certificates

A certificate records completion of an Academy knowledge check at the stated result. It is not a government licence, registered training organisation qualification, professional accreditation or guarantee of workplace competence. Certificates may be revoked for fraud, impersonation, technical error or serious misuse.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Academy content, design, assessments, scenarios and publications are protected by intellectual-property law. Personal learning use is permitted. Do not scrape, copy, republish, sell, train another system on, defeat access controls, interfere with the service or use the content to misrepresent authorship, accreditation or legal authority.

Service changes

We may correct, update, withdraw or replace content and functionality for legal, security, quality or operational reasons. We will use reasonable care in operating the Learning Hub but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
